HAND-HELD METAL DETECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PD140 Enhanced Hand Held Metal Detector is a high sensitivity\u00a0device\u00a0designed\u00a0to\u00a0detect\u00a0magnetic\u00a0and\u00a0non-magnetic\u00a0metal\u00a0masses.<\/p>\n

It can be used for detecting weapons, detonators or other\u00a0small pieces of metal carried by people, concealed in baggage\u00a0or in correspondence.\u00a0Its bidirectional detection probe allows either its lower or\u00a0upper side to detect metals evenly. The special shape of the\u00a0sensitive surface makes operation of the device easy, unlike\u00a0other portable metal detectors.<\/p>\n

The PD140 Metal Detector is available in two standard sensitivity\u00a0versions:\u00a0the\u00a0PD140V\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0PD140VR\u00a0(model\u00a0equipped\u00a0for\u00a0no-contact\u00a0induction\u00a0battery\u00a0charger).\u00a0Both\u00a0are\u00a0available\u00a0with\u00a0a 9V\u00a0dry\u00a0battery\u00a0or\u00a0rechargeable\u00a0Ni\/MH\u00a0batteries.\u00a0Other\u00a0options\u00a0include\u00a0an\u00a0external\u00a0no-contact\u00a0battery\u00a0recharger\u00a0BC140F\u00a0a carrying\u00a0case\u00a0V140\u00a0and\u00a0a wristband.<\/p>\n
